Case Sealing Solutions

Case Sealer unit accepts randomly spaced unsealed cases for sealing operations. The unit folds minor and major top flaps of cardboard cases and secures with tape while side belts “drive” cases through the system. Our standard unit utilizes tape for sealing the cases however we do offer a hot melt glue version of the case sealing unit for applications that require a more durable seal.

Our Case sealer is equipped to accept multiple different size cases with easy adjustment for quick changes without the requirement of additional tools when changing over from case to case. We also offer a random case sealer unit that is able to accept different sized cases on a random basis. The unit is able to automatically detect the case size entering the unit and adjust for each case size to be sealed on the fly without any adjustments required.

Our case sealing equipment comes standard with the following features:

Frame is continuous TIG welded 304 stainless steel utilizing solid (non-tubing) frame & crossmembers
Stainless Steel full interlocked guarding

Case Erector Equipment

Waldrop has teamed up with Lantech to provide case erector equipment to accompany our product offerings. We offer many different models of the Lantech case erector equipment however our most frequently used models are the C-300, C-1000 & C-2000 units. The C-300 unit is a painted system however the C-1000 units are available in painted or Stainless Steel for washdown required applications.

Specific Models

The Lantech C-300 Case Erector system accepts flat panel boxes and fold or erects for case form. This unit tapes bottom folds only. This unit is painted and is not suitable for washdown. Standard unit runs approx. 10 cases per minute depending on the case specifications. Some features of this unit include ergonomic blank loading, blank delivery control, blank separate, square case erecting, stationary flap folding and square case transition.

Below are the specs for the C-300 unit:

Case size minimum: 7 7/8” L x 5 7/8” W x 5 7/8” T
Case size maximum: 19 5/8” L x 13 ¾” W x 23 5/8” T
Standard Electrical supply – 230 volt – 3 phase – 15 amp – 60Hz (Options are available for voltage change).
Air Supply – 80psi, 8cfm, clean dry air
Magazine Infeed Capacity – 200 cases (approx.)

The Lantech C-1000 Case Erector system accepts flat panel boxes and fold or erects for case form. This unit tapes bottom folds only. This unit comes standard painted with the option to upgrade to a stainless steel unit which is suitable for washdown environments. Standard unit runs approx. 10 cases per minute with the option of upgrading up to 30 cases per minute depending on the case specifications. Some features of this unit include ergonomic blank loading, blank delivery control, blank separate, square case erecting, stationary flap folding and square case transition

Case size maximum: 19 5/8” L x 12 ¾” W x 20 ½” T
